I am a talent strategist in the technology industry. I lead and organize complex projects and portfolios of work related to hiring and growing high-performing teams. I also help leaders form sound judgments about people and work in order to make the right decisions to drive business forward. I currently work as a Chief of Staff to the Head of Talent Management and Development at Atlasssian.
I am also a writer. My poems and essays have appeared in YR Online, Tahoma Literary Review, MEASURE, The Washington Post, and elsewhere. I live in Durham, NC.
